Is there an author that makes you go all "fangirl?"
Of Course! Lately it’s Sylvia Day. I’m waiting for the next Crossfire novel like I was waiting for the birth of my first child. Lol. I love her style. Simply amazing. And of course there’s JR Ward. And the Queen herself Nora Roberts.
If you could co-write with another author who would it be and why?
Hmmm, Porbably Gemma Halliday. I think our humor styles are similar, Though I write a little hotter than she does ;)
The world is under attack and you are forced to run for your life. You only have room for one book in your survival kit, what book do you take?
Pride and Prejudice. When there is no hope, Love will see you through. And might I point out that I would leave with my Kindle for sure to hope to avoid such a dilemma. Lol.
Who are your favorite literary characters? (Yours or someone else's)
Lizzie Bennet. She’s the quintessential strong sassy woman who spoke her mind and found love because of it, not in spite of it.
If your friends were asked to describe you in one word what would it be?
Driven!
Where do you do your best work?
At home, on the couch with puppers perched on my feet.
Do you find it harder to write a full-length novel or novellas?
Novella. I keep wanting to make the plot more intricate.
When did you fall in love...with writing?
Hmmm, Good question. I’ve always been in love with stories. I’m African, it’s in my blood. But falling in love with creating my own worlds and Characters?, Twelve years ago.
Are you a plotter or fly by the seat of your pants writer?
I’m a quick plotter so at least I sort of have a map.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of writing?
Ha, that’s easy Read. But if not book related, then it’s dance.

Nana's love of all things romance and adventure started with a tattered romantic suspense she borrowed from her cousin. It was a sultry summer afternoon in Ghana, and Nana was a precocious thirteen. She's been in love with kick butt heroines ever since. With her overactive imagination, and channeling her inner Buffy, it was only a matter a time before she started creating her own characters.
Waiting for her chance at a job as a ninja assassin, in the meantime Nana works out her drama, passion and sass with fictional characters every bit as sassy and kick butt as she thinks she is. Though, until that ninja job comes through, you'll find her acting out scenes for hubby, baby and puppy while catching up on her favorite reality television shows in sunny San Diego.
