Ali: Is there an author that makes you go all "fangirl?"
Mary: There are several, Stephen King, Nora Roberts, RaeAnne Thayne, Sandra Brown. Shall I go on?
Ali: If you could co-write with another author who would it be and why?
Mary: There are two. I’d like to write a horror, thriller, with a romantic twist, so Quentin Tarantino and Stephen King.
Ali: The world is under attack and you are forced to run for your life. You only have room for one book in your survival kit, what book do you take?
Mary: That is so not fair. How can I pick only one? I would think it would be Gone with the Wind, it’s a VERY Big book.
Ali: Who are your favorite literary characters? (Yours or someone else’s)
Mary: The Mallory’s from Johanna Lindsay’s books.
Ali: If your friends were asked to describe you in one word what would it be?
Mary: Maryism—It’s actually a word they use for the things I say.
Ali: Where do you do your best work?
Mary: In my office with my radio/stereo blasting, which hasn’t happened since my husband retired.
Ali: Do you find it harder to write a full-length novel or novellas?
Mary: Oh, novellas. I’m very long winded.
Ali: When did you fall in love…with writing?
Mary: About 20 years ago.
Ali: Are you a plotter or fly by the seat of your pants writer?
Mary: Fly by the seat of my pants. I write like I would if I were reading a book, I never know what’s on the next page.

Great interview questions, Ali.
You sure you wanted people to know about the kitchen table? They may not want to eat there now. =P Not that I am saying it isn't fun
Mary, I love your answer for who you would co-author with! Especially with Quentin Tarantino :)
Good interview! My mom has said the same thing about not having the free time she was used to once my dad retired....lol....I think Quentin Tarantino is an inspired choice for a co-author and just think....maybe your book would be made into a movie! Thanks for the great giveaway!
I love the sound of this book!
