Here's a look at Glitter
Since the day Josh met Laurence, he was positive the man was a preening peacock escaped from the Exotic Bird Exhibit. There was something raw and bright, eye-catching and absolutely, unashamedly gay about Laurence. He was outrageous, outgoing, and wild enough to drive Josh up a figurative wall. Josh didn’t expect Laurence to be anything other than who he was, so long as he did so a good ten feet away from him.
Josh and Laurence's friendship was more like two enemies circling each other around mutual friends. Their arguments were legendary.
Until one night, fate stepped in and changed everything. There was a hard truth waiting for Josh around the next corner. An attraction that could not be denied. One that refused to be ignored.
Would their tenuous friendship survive the fallout between these two reluctant friends? Could a love that took four years to emerge be stronger than either had ever anticipated? Or were they destined to remain merely frenemies?
Ali: Is there an author that makes you go all “fangirl?”
Diana: Andrew Grey. He's just really a nice guy to know. He can also really manipulate emotion through his characters. That is a true gift in writing.
Ali: If you could co-write with another author who would it be and why?
Diana: I've considered this with a friend of mine, and honestly, it's not something that comes easy to me. We've tinkered once or twice, but it takes a real committment to partner with someone to co-write and neither of our schedules have allowed for more. The culprit? J. Morgan. He's freaking hilarious, where I'm cynical. He writes crazy-funny women, and I write analytical men. Total role reversal. Maybe someday we'll manage it.
Ali: What are you looking forward to most about AADNola?
Diana Seeing everyone again. I have such a blast every year seeing everyone that it's really the highlight for me.
Ali: The world is under attack and you are forced to run for your life. You only have room for one book in your survival kit, what book do you take?
Diana: Just one??? That would be the end of the world!! Um... Possibly The Charlie Factor. It doesn't seem to matter how many times I read it, I can still get sucked into it and enjoy the story.
Ali: Who are your favorite literary characters? (Yours or someone else’s)?
Diana: Hm.... I'm not sure. I have a lot of characters. :) And there have been some incredible ones that I've read from other authors as well. Morgan Aiza (A Trust Revealed), because he was one of the first really Big-and-Bad characters to pull at me. I adore Charlie Baker (The Charlie Factor), and there's been no one like Laurence Toliver (Glitter). Several of Andrew Grey's have stuck with me because they're so real and easy to relate to. The same with G.A. Hauser. I've been reading predominently MM for over a year now so...
Ali: Are there any of your secondary characters you would like to give more life to?
Diana: That depends on the characters. Some are like a quiet wind, here then gone. Others demand their story. That happens more often than me chosing them. They chose me and then won't let me rest until they get their story told.
A recent one that I've been poking to see if he's willing, and thinking he might be, is Brice Reynolds (Tougher to Love). The problem has been figuring out his story and just who his perfect match is. You watch, I'll give up and then he'll say "Hey Diana! Where's my story?" And I'll be writing it. LOL
*Favorite color: Burgandy (If they really know me, they'll know this one. :) )

Hi Diana,
Thanks for sharing about your book. And I loved your interview answers. I have to say the exotic bird escapee description is very amusing.
I can't wait to hear stories from this year's AAD!
I don't usually trust blurbs--too many bitter disappointments--but I really like this. The whole "Josh didn’t expect Laurence to be anything other than who he was, so long as he did so a good ten feet away from him" cracked me up.
Thank you for the chance to win the book.
Glitter sounds like a good book. The opposites attract trope is one of my favorites.
Who are some of your favorite m/m authors?
Hi, Diana
Your interview was very interesting. I do like a good blurb coupled with an excerpt to get a 'feel' for a book.
Wonder what you will get up to at this year's ADD!

Hi Diana, thank you for the fun interview :-)
I had the chance of seeing live peacocks walking the beach a month ago, even got within 20 cm to them, they were mesmerizingly beautiful, the colours, their feathers, wow. But how difficult it must be to walk around with those meter long feathers!
Have a lovely Easter!

Flips flops.. Oh yeah. Now you are talking. Though I really hate new ones to break in.

This book sounds great! I will have to check it out. I have been reading predominately m/m books for about 6 months now, and I am loving them!
